Christ-Centered

The Oaks Academy is a Christ-centered school. The centrality of the person Jesus Christ, living both in history and through faith in our lives, impacts every aspect of the life of the school. The impact of being Christ-centered is evidenced not so much in what is taught, but more so in how it is taught and in how individuals conduct themselves.

Desiring to transcend the tradition of any one church or denomination and to emphasize those truths which Christians in many ages and traditions have held in common, The Oaks Academy is committed to teaching the fear and knowledge of the Lord, which brings wisdom and understanding. Futhermore, because God is the author of all the interests, duties and joys of life, we do not recognize an artificial separation between the spiritual and intellectual lives of children.

The Oaks does not require any family or student to subscribe to a statement of faith or doctrinal position or to even have spiritual inclinations.
