Discovering the Perfect Fit: Two Families’ Paths to The Oaks Academy
Discover how two families found their perfect fit at The Oaks Academy, where faith, community, and academic excellence create a nurturing environment for their children to thrive.
This fall, The Oaks Academy is proud to kick off Rooted & Rising: A Campaign for The Oaks Academy. This bold initiative aims to raise $25 million by 2025 to meet the emerging needs of our students and secure our future for future generations of Indianapolis children.
The campaign will focus on three critical priorities:
With gifts made to Rooted & Rising, future plans include:
equipping our faculty and staff with new training and resources to support students’ emerging mental health needs,
closing the achievement gap in early literacy and math,
restoring our historic school buildings to create the best possible learning environment,
redesigning and updating our playgrounds,
building a new athletic and multipurpose facility to support our growing Oaks Plus,
and permanently funding income-based scholarships through a new Oaks Endowment.
As an independent, nonprofit organization, we have always been a community-funded school. We are committed to providing excellent, Christ-centered education to children of diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds, regardless of family’s financial abilities. All gifts to the Rooted & Rising campaign will help create an improved, lasting Oaks experience for our students today and in the years to come.
