Generosity has always been the heartbeat of The Oaks Academy. Thanks to our donors’ support of Rooted & Rising: A Campaign for The Oaks Academy, we’re thrilled to share these updates on how we are improving The Oaks experience starting this year and expanding access to quality, Christ-centered education for Indianapolis families.

Donor Impact By the Numbers

Expanding Access to Christ-Centered Education

For many Indianapolis families, an excellent education is expensive and inaccessible. Oaks supporters are key in providing scholarships and keeping The Oaks accessible and affordable.

This year, we’re providing financial assistance to more students than ever before, an incredible 891 children. Additionally, for the first time ever, we can now offer financial assistance on student fees based on family income levels. This key update will reduce overall out-of-pocket expenses for some families, keeping The Oaks affordable and socioeconomically diverse for years to come.

Campaign Investments at Work

Thanks to our community’s support, we’re thrilled to share a first look at the new athletic and multipurpose facility! Our supporters helped raise 89% of the funds for this much-needed facility, allowing us to move this project forward. While we’ll continue to raise the remaining amount, we plan to break ground in 2025 and open the facility in 2026-27 school year.

During the school day, this facility will be filled with middle school and Pre-K students engaged in physical education and enrichment activities. After school hours, it will serve as the home for our athletic programs and support our after-school programming.

Our Donors are Making a Difference This Year

We are a community-founded, community-funded school with lasting community impact. We are so grateful our supporters are committed to ensuring our students are set up for success!
