About the Early Education Director Fellowship
Our Approach

The Early Education Collaborative Workshop series provides content rich in lessons in instructional leadership so that participants, their centers and schools flourish. The Workshops aspire to reach together towards our collective goal for Indiana children ages 0-5 to have a strong and healthy transition from child care to school.

In 2023, with the hope of broadening reach and community, EEDF has transitioned to a 6-part Collaborative Workshop series open to all Central Indiana early childhood educators. By participating in the workshop series, early childhood professionals will grow in their understanding of principled, compelling educational practice for early education while growing their network of supportive education leaders and engaging in meaningful dialogue with peers.

Workshop attendees will also have the opportunity to sign-up for a 1:1 Executive Coaching Session, with Purdue University professor and Open Pivot founder, Chris Bittinger.

Workshops are held at The Oaks Academy, Martindale-Brightwood Campus in Indianapolis, IN.
