Tuition is charged on a sliding scale according to each family’s income and financial situation. Financial assistance is awarded by The Oaks Academy if a student meets the criteria for admittance and family need is demonstrated through the FACTS application process. Recipients of financial assistance must apply each year.

To be considered for financial assistance, families complete the FACTS Tuition Aid application form along with submitting required income disclosure documents.

Families may pay in a single payment, 10 monthly payments, or 12 monthly payments.  We are happy to speak with you about your specific needs to design a payment plan to fit your family needs.

No.  Your child is admitted need-blind.  The student must be academically prepared to enter the chosen grade level.  Finances will never play a part of the acceptance process. 

We understand that your 1040 Income Tax forms may not be ready by our application deadline. Therefore, please submit your prior year taxes and W-2 forms when completing your FACTS Tuition Aid Application. When your income tax form is complete, we will expect you to send a copy to FACTS Tuition Aid by mail, fax or e-mail. Remember, we must have a signed copy of your income tax return, W-2 forms and any associated schedules.

No, you do not. The financial aid form allows you to include information for your family. 

Tentative grant awards will accompany the acceptance packet, which is mailed in mid-January 31st for Early Decision applicants and in mid-March for Regular Decision applicants.
