Yoezer Cassell| Class of 2019

August 18, 2026 update

Yoezer is enrolled as a student‑athlete at Hope College (Class of 2027), triple‑majoring in Business, International Studies, and Chinese.

During his time at Hope, he has been blessed with the opportunity to run collegiate cross country and track and field, and will serve as the team’s Bible study leader this year. Beyond athletics, Yoezer is involved in admissions as a tour guide, is a Baker Scholar in the Honors Business Program, founded a chapter of the Alexander Hamilton Society (focused on foreign policy and national security), and studied abroad in Singapore in spring 2025 at Singapore Management University (SMU).

Some of his highlights outside the classroom include interning with the Sagamore Institute in summer 2024 under Teresa Lubbers and Rob Panos, and returning in 2026 as a research fellow, interning with Senator Todd Young’s office in 2025, and consulting with Mattison Corporation during the summers of 2025 and 2026.
