Step 3: Submit Records and Schedule an Assessment
All students applying to The Oaks are required to submit a birth certificate and immunization record.
If your student will be entering Pre-K or Kindergarten, we require that they participate in an in person 45 – 60 minute readiness assessment with our Early Education faculty.
If your student will be entering into grades 1st – 8th, we require previous school records and assessments. Students going into 1st grade will have a 1:1 assessment with a first grade teacher to determine readiness, while students going into 2nd to 8th grades will need to take the NWEA Admissions Assessment exam.
Students must be grade level ready as determined by their assessments to gain admission to The Oaks Academy. The admissions team will reach out to schedule assessments once an application has been submitted.
Step 4: Submit Financial Aid Forms
Gather your W-2 and 1040 tax forms from last year and submit a financial aid application through FACTS Tuition Aid application process. More information on the financial aid process will be provided after submitting your application.
Please visit our Tuition and Financial Aid page for more information, including our tuition and financial aid calculator.
